Senzum
1994 was the start of what would over the years develop into one of the industry's most competent customer service companies. The company Telesupport was started with the main purpose of helping Ericsson (later Sony Mobile) with technical support.
Senzum has evolved over the years and has always been at the forefront of platforms and technologies . Today, we offer everything from answering service to customer service, technical support , email, chat, social media, case management systems , telephony, systems and staffing .
We have become experts in helping companies that need to optimize and streamline their customer service and create happier customers. We can do everything from complete outsourcing to the placement of personnel and systems.
At Senzum, everyone speaks the same language: satisfied customers. Regardless of whether it is Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or any other European language that takes us there.
Our employees are our greatest asset and that is why we have an extra focus on the everyday life and well-being of our employees. We have a collective agreement that provides security for both our employees and for us as an employer. We are also proud members of Kontakta, a trade association for companies that work with serious customer service.
